Avison Young grows tenant representation team in Dallas/Fort Worth

Experienced area broker Daniel Rudd joins as Principal

Dallas, TX – Greg Langston, Managing Director of Avison Young’s Dallas office, announced today that experienced Dallas/Fort Worth commercial real estate broker Daniel Rudd has joined the firm as an Avison Young Principal.

“Daniel’s knowledge of the DFW market and his tenant representation strengths will result in even higher levels of customized and strategic solutions for our clients,” said Langston. “We’re honored to have Daniel join our team as we help our clients achieve their business goals.”

Daniel will be responsible for growing the occupier solutions business within the office, with a focus on mentoring the associate members of the Avison Young Dallas office as part of the firm’s commitment to development and advancement for young people and emerging leaders in the industry.

Rudd has a diverse real estate background including portfolio analysis and management,
sale-leaseback requirements, site selection, demographic analysis, and acquisition and disposition assignments. His experience spans office, industrial, retail, multifamily, medical, data center and call center space. He joins Avison Young from Colliers International, with previous experience in corporate advisory, tenant representation and office services at other commercial real estate firms over the course of his more than two decades in commercial real estate.
