Industrial team at Avison Young grows in greater Philadelphia

New Principal brings institutional owner and corporate industrial user expertise throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware

Philadelphia, PA – David Fahey, Avison Young Principal and Managing Director of the firm’s Philadelphia-area offices, today announced the appointment of Matthew Marshall as Avison Young Principal, based in Philadelphia. Marshall specializes in working with clients on agency leasing, tenant representation and corporate solutions in the industrial sector.

Marshall joins Avison Young from Cushman and Wakefield where he served as Managing Director in Philadelphia. He brings more than 25 years’ experience in the commercial real estate and industrial sectors. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
