Avison Young welcomes new Principal to lead delivery of services, governance, and change management strategies for major client group

Nick Chung will oversee portfolio of over 300 client locations globally

Toronto, ON – Global commercial real estate (CRE) advisor, Avison Young, welcomes Nick Chung as Principal and Senior Director – Corporate Accounts, overseeing major client groups for the firm.

Based in Toronto, Chung will serve as a trusted partner in this newly created role, leading a global office occupier portfolio of over 300  locations in more than 30 countries across multiple services lines, including transaction management, lease administration, project management, and workplace strategy. He and his team are responsible for integrating and aligning Avison Young’s real estate solutions with clients’ overall business objectives.

Chung has worked within the CRE industry for 20 years, focusing on corporate real estate portfolio strategy, account management, transaction management, and project management across Asia Pacific and North America. His experience includes serving as the SVP of Integrated Portfolio Services at a major global CRE firm, as well as roles of increasing responsibility at a global real estate consultancy.

Chung holds the designation of MRICS from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a graduate of DePaul University's Kellstadt Business School MBA program, with a focus in Business Management, Corporate Finance, and Commercial Real Estate. He is also a graduate of Western University, with a Bachelor in Business Administration.
